In our traditional treatments we use Weleda Bodycare products.  Weleada Use only the finest natural ingredients including pure essential oils, that are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids.  They are free of synthetic additives including fragrance, colour and preservatives.  Not tested on animals.

Swedish Massage:  Swedish massage not only feels exceptionally good, but is relaxing and invigorating. It affects the nerves, muscles, and circulation, and promotes your general health and well being. It helps reduce stress, both emotional and physical.

Shoulders/Neck/Back, Neck/shoulders/Arms, Legs/Feet or Full Body: One of four Essential Oils will be chosen with the client depending on mood, sensitivity and expectations.

Sea Buckthorn Oil: Light Sesame oil and Sea Buckthorn oil revitalizes the skin’s natural functions, replenishing the natural oil and moisture balance of the skin.

Massage Balm with Calendula for Sensitive Skin A soothing combination of chamomile, calendula, birch and lavender for the symptomatic relief of muscular tension, pain, stiffness and cramp.

Wild Rose Body Oil: A truly luxurious product.  Rich in skin-caring unsaturated fatty acids; Jojoba Oil, with its gentle, protecting properties and Sweet Almond Oil which has been known to have particularly mild and harmonising skin properties.

Birch Cellulite Oil – improves skin tone and appearance, after just one month of regular use.

Formulated to tone and firm skin, and tackle areas of cellulite, this natural body oil is made from organic silver birch, to encourage elimination processes, flush out toxins and restore skin radiance.

Wild Rose Intensive Facial: Intensive Facial Oil supports the natural renewal processes of the skin; it increases the skin’s natural resilience and elasticity, reduces the feeling of dryness and the signs of premature ageing leaving the skin feeling smooth and supple.

Pure vitamin E oil can replace the Wild Rose Intensive Facial oil if preferred.

Acupressure Massage – Shiatsu: Shiatsu is Japanese for ‘finger pressure’.   A Shiatsu treatment is performed on a futon on the floor, using the practioner’s elbows, knees, palms and thumbs in varying rhythms and degrees of pressure, to help restore the balance of life-energy that flows through specific pathways (meridians) in the body. Shiatsu massages are done fully clothed.

Indian Head Massage: The client, fully clothed, sits on a massage chair for the treatment. The therapist uses a range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. In addition, the therapist will also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face.  This is a deeply relaxing treatment, helping to relieve muscular tension.

Reiki: Re-ki means universal energy. The client remains fully clothed during the treatment.  Acupressure points are gently stimulated to restore and balance the body’s natural healing energies.

Meditation: Learn the art of mind control.  In this one-to-one session learn breathing and visualization techniques, to attain peace of mind.  When practiced regularly can help reduce the symptoms of anxiety, panic and high blood pressure.

Thermal Mud Therapy: Aches and pains simply melt away with this stress soothing treatment.  Warm, mineral rich mud, is applied in compress form, to any area of the body suffering from pain or fatigue, due to increased physical activity, or from a chronic condition.  It is highly recommended for the treatment of over exertion, tendonitis, joint pain and muscle stiffness.  The treatment combines massage in key areas of the body.
