Coastal contentment at our East Sussex bed and breakfast
Relax, rest and recuperate. When you need to escape your battles take some time out at Tower House 1066, an East Sussex bed and breakfast (near St Leonards seafront) where guests feel positively pampered.
We offer a welcoming, personal service. All of our East Sussex bed and breakfast bedrooms are individually designed with en suite facilities. There are delicious freshly cooked breakfasts and plenty of places to rest up.
Chill out in the guest lounge (with beautiful cast iron fireplace, large screen TV, board games and huge sofas), the small and friendly bar, the terrace or landscaped garden.
Creature Comforts
Our garden is a great place to relax and stroke a resident cat or two. It's particularly romantic at night as the trees and gazebo sparkle with tiny white lights.
Sit with a coffee in the terrace's evening sun or in the handmade gazebo and watch the wildlife. (We use organic gardening methods to attract flora and fauna.)
There's a rescued frog that's taken up residence in the silver birch log pile. Butterflies and bees mill around the buddleia, a badger and resident foxes pop in with their cubs, and a pipistrelle bat occasionally drops in at dusk.
If gardens are your thing, you could also walk in the heathland of nearby Hastings Country Park or the enchanting gardens of Great Dixter, Pashley Manor and more.
